Robin Vik had come out strong in 2005 and is in the lead by 2 matches over Philipp Petzschner.  Vik has won two of the three German futures so far and gotten into the semifinals in the other (Germany F1 F2 F3).  Petzschner reached the semifinals in those same 3 events.  Two Belgians, Steve Darcis and Olivier Rochus, have 13 matches in the young season.
