Matches Played
Gilles Simon kept pace with a couple of matches last week.  But Gabriel Moraru of Romania got to his second straight final in Romania.  He has played the last six weeks there and has reached four finals and has taken one title.  Joshua Goodall finishes his run in India and moves into 5th.

Winning Percentage
Roger Federer keeps up the dominance and now has an amazing 46-4 record on the year.  Wimbledon finalist, Andy Roddick, is right behind in 2nd.  In addition to Romania, there has been a increase of events in the Ukraine.  Alexander Markin has taken advantage of that.  He went 14-2 in the Ukraine #1 satellite and after reaching the semifinals in Ukraine F1, he now has taken the title in Ukraine F2.  He moves in at 3rd in best winning percentage.  Francesco Piccari reached the finals in Italy F14 then withdrew so he rises to the 7th spot.
