The top three each pick up a few matches and remain in their positions.  Gabriel Moraru of Romania jumps into 4th place after taking the title in Romania F6.  And Joshua Goodall jumps into 6th after taking the first leg in India #1.

Winning Percentage
Roger Federer stays on top by winning another title, this time in Halle.  Andy Roddick also took a title (Queens) and he jumps all the way to 2nd place.  A lot of the players with fewer matches at the top were in action last week and fell early.  So they all drop, shaking things up a bit at the top.
