Jimy Szymanski has done it again.  He has won his third straight futures event, running his win streak to 15 and his overall 2003 record to 35-4.  Wesley Whitehouse also takes another title, this time in Rwanda F2.  It is his third title in his last five events with three titles in the West Africa satellite before that.  His 2003 record is now 42-10.
