Emin Agaev is a perennial contender for most matches played in a year.
And this year is no exception. In 1999 he finished in the middle
of the pack with 68 matches but in 2000 he finished second with 112.
Last year again it was in the middle with only 58 matches but this year
alternating trend continues as Agaev is back in second place with 93 matches
so far. Guillermo Garcia-Lopez falls right behind him with 92 matches
and in at #7 is Paradorn Srichaphan with 85 matches. Srichaphan made
use of his second title of the year at Stockholm.

Not much change here. Andre Agassi went only 1-1 but stayed in
3rd place while Lleyton Hewitt lost his only match and fell 2 spots to
#8. Also, Dudi Sela, a young Israeli player is tearing up the Israel
satellite. In fact he has only lost once in three weeks and is now
31-9 on the year, enough to put him at #13.
