Again the top 10 remains the same except for a little shuffling.  Guillermo Garcia-Lopez moved into second place after reaching the semifinals in Spain F17.  Vince Spadea moved into a tie at #10 after reaching the semifinals in Tokyo.

Tati Rascon was at it again, having another undefeated week and taking the title at Spain F17.  He passes Andre Agassi and now has the third best record on the year.  Cristian Villagran is starting to cool off but remains in second place just ahead of them.
